We help e-commerce brands make money on YouTube

We manage a roster of YouTube creators with millions of subscribers between them. Brands get direct access to that roster, a 60 to 90 second integration inside videos their buyers already watch, and a report in orders rather than impressions.

Every integration tracked to its own discount code and link.

Mid-roll integrations

A 60 to 90 second read dropped into the middle of a video, in the creator's own words, to an audience that chose to be there. Scripted with you, approved before filming, and licensed so you can run the footage as paid creative.

Built for YouTube

Views are the start, not the result

A placement on its own is a lottery ticket. Every integration we book runs through the same system, so the audience that watches is an audience that buys, and you can prove which part did the work.

One YouTube integration

A single slot inside a video an audience chose to watch. Everything below is built around making that slot convert.

Channel matching

Median views on recent uploads, audience fit, and who has sponsored them before.

01

Brief and script

The hook and the permitted claims agreed and signed off before anyone films.

02

Mid-roll integration

Sixty to ninety seconds in the creator's own words, where retention is highest.

03

Shorts and cutdowns

The same read recut vertically, so one shoot covers long-form and Shorts.

04

Codes and tracked links

A unique code per channel and a link in the description box of every upload.

05

Checkout attribution

Orders tied back to the exact video, so views turn into a revenue number.

06

Retention read-out

The curve across the integration, showing whether the audience actually stayed.

07

Rebook or drop

A straight call on every channel once the numbers land, then we run it again.

08

An integration is not an ad

We do not buy you pre-roll inventory. We put your product inside the video itself, which changes almost every variable that matters.

The report is the product

Anyone can get your product into a YouTube video. The reason brands stay is that they can finally tell which channel sold something and which one only got watched.

Three stages, one number that matters

Four to eight weeks from brief to attributed revenue. Creators film in batches and the good ones are booked a month out, so the calendar is the constraint, not the creative.

1

Shortlist on median views, not followers

We rank candidates on median views across their last ten uploads, what the comments say about buying in your category, and how often past sponsors came back. Follower count is not in the model, because it does not predict revenue.

2

Lock the claims before the shoot

We write the brief, agree the hook and exactly which claims are permitted, and read the script pre-production. A compliance problem caught at script stage costs nothing. The same problem caught after upload costs the whole placement.

3

Attribute every order to a video

One discount code and one tracked link per creator. Thirty days post-upload you get orders, revenue and cost per order broken out by placement, the retention curve across the read, and a rebook or drop call on every creator.

Everything we handle

The integration is the centre of it. Around that, we run the parts that usually eat a marketing team's week.

  1. [01]

    Brand partnerships

YouTube integrations with creators we represent — shortlist, rate, brief, script approval and upload.

  2. [02]

    Full campaign management

A whole flight run end to end: calendar, creative direction, approvals, go-live and one report at the end of it.

  3. [03]

    Talent management

Representation for creators. We bring the inbound, hold the rate, paper the deal and chase the payment.

  4. [04]

    Content licensing

Paid usage rights on the integration footage, agreed upfront, so the best-performing read becomes your ad creative.

  5. [05]

    User-generated content

Product-led clips shot by creators from the roster and cut for paid social, separate from the YouTube placement.

  6. [06]

    Gifting and seeding

Product into the right hands ahead of a launch, with VIP lists built by category rather than by follower count.

  7. [07]

    Contracts and compliance

Deliverables, exclusivity windows, disclosure and usage terms written into every deal before anyone films.

  8. [08]

    Strategy and consultation

Which creators, how to split the budget, and what a realistic cost per order looks like in your category.

What brands say

Marketing leads who stopped buying reach and started buying tracked orders.

We had written off creator marketing after two agencies sent us view counts and called it a report. In our first quarter here we tracked 1,284 orders back to specific videos. Being able to see which creator caused them changed how we budget.
MEMaya EllisonCMO, Northbrook Supply Co.
Our Meta cost per acquisition had climbed six months straight. Creator placements came in well under it, and the licensed raw footage is now the best performing paid creative we run.
DRDaniel ReyesHead of Growth, Vellum Skin
They turned down two creators we were excited about and showed us the retention data behind the call. First agency that has ever argued us out of spending money, which is exactly why we are still with them.
PNPriya NatarajanVP Marketing, Tidemark Pet Co.
Three of our creators now re-book us every quarter without us asking. That never happened when we were cold-emailing channels ourselves and hoping someone replied.
JHJames HollowayCMO, Harlow & Finch
The retention curve was the thing that sold our board. Watching the graph stay flat through a ninety second read made the case far better than any slide we could have built.
AOAmara OkonkwoVP Growth, Oakfield Nutrition
We briefed on a Monday and had a slot confirmed by Thursday. Our previous agency took five weeks just to get a channel to answer an email.

Questions brands ask first

How much does a campaign cost?
The creator fee depends on their audience size, and our management fee sits on top. Budget for three placements rather than one: a single creator can over or under perform for reasons that have nothing to do with your product, and three starts to show a pattern.
Who pays the creator?
You do, direct, against an invoice we check. We never sit in the middle of your money, which keeps the rate visible to you and means our fee is not hidden inside a markup.
Can we run the video as a paid ad afterwards?
Often yes, but usage rights have to be negotiated upfront and they cost more. Buying them after the video is live is always the expensive way round.
What if the placement does not sell anything?
We tell you, and we look at why. Nine times out of ten it is the offer or the hook rather than the creator. If the product page cannot carry a creator fee, no placement fixes that and we will say so before you spend.
Do you work with competing brands?
Not in the same category at the same time. If we are running a campaign for a competitor you will hear it on the first call rather than find out later.
